1. Is it easy to buy online from your online store?

Yes - simply browse or search to the product you wish to purchase. Once you have selected all the items you require proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure server where your credit card details will be taken. It's that easy.

2. Can I order by post?

Yes. You can go through the shopping cart process, as described above, and opt to send a cheque as your preferred payment method. We will then keep your order on file while we await your cheque (please put our order number given on the receipt page on the reverse of the cheque so we can easily match the payment with the order). Once we have received the cheque your goods will be despatched. All correspondence should be sent to:-

3. Can I order by phone?

Yes. You can place an order by telephone on 01234 567890 between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Saturday.

4. Which credit and debit cards do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Access, Solo and Maestro. If you have any queries about card payments please e-mail us via email@domain.com.

5. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, at times - check the website for Special Offers.

6. Do your prices include VAT?

All prices quoted include VAT.

7. Is there a minimum order value?

No.

8. How do I know if a product is in stock?

If the 'add to basket' button is shown on the page then this product is in stock.

9. Which areas do you deliver to?

We are able to deliver to any mainland UK address. For any other address please contact us on email@domain.com before confirming your order.

10. How are products delivered, and what is the cost?

Goods are usually shipped First Class by Royal Mail. We do offer express delivery services too. Every order is despatched on the same day that it is placed. Delivery is free for orders with value more than £20. Please see our delivery page for details on charges.

11. What do I do if I am not satisfied with the product?

In the unlikely event that a product fails to meet your requirements then please contact us immediately, so we can investigate the problem and take the necessary action.

12. Are your ordering and payment systems secure?

Our ordering and payment systems adhere to the highest standards of security. For example, our online shop uses a PCI DSS compliant payment service provider (PSP).

13. Will you pass my details to any third party?

Definitely not. We do not share your personal information with other companies (apart from as essential for payment processing and order delivery).
